By creating an account on Gloam, you enter into an agreement with Gloam Limited (the company) on the terms set out in this document and the Privacy policy. The agreement runs for the term of your subscription and ends when either party terminates.
You must be at least eighteen years old to subscribe. You must hold the rights to the payment method you use, and you may use Gloam only in jurisdictions where the service is available.
Gloam is licensed for personal household use. You may not redistribute, rebroadcast, scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit the service or any feed within it.
You may not bypass geographic restrictions, share your account beyond your household, or run the service for any purpose other than personal viewing.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of this section without refund.
Gloam is an aggregator and editorial guide. The channels and programmes within the library are produced and operated by their respective broadcasters. The library composition, availability, and quality are subject to change without notice.
Gloam does not endorse any broadcaster within the library, and no broadcaster is affiliated with Gloam unless explicitly stated.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Annual plans carry a thirty-day refund window. Monthly plans are not refundable but may be cancelled before the next billing date to prevent further charges.
We do not retain payment details after cancellation.
We aim for uninterrupted service and publish a real-time status page. We do not warrant any specific uptime, and we do not warrant the availability of any individual channel within the library.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude consequential and indirect losses.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We will notify you by email of any termination by us, and any reason where lawful.
The agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are heard exclusively in the courts of England and Wales unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
